I decided to build a new Bank-ish building from modular parts and exchanged the old brick (repetative) smaller blocks to this big one. Due to the "L" shape building, I had to shrink the road to 1 lane. (UE 4.26)

This is a side project I worked on for a few months among with some modelers. My main goal was to remake the "Samaritan demo (Unreal Engine 3) by Epic Games" which was showcased at GDC 2011, but for Unreal Engine 4 as "I would have liked it" to be.
The level was created from modular assets from Epic Games (Infiltrator demo, Showdown demo, Content Examples demo) and the rest were re-modeled from old video segments and artworks used as reference. As I had no insight to the full layout of the original level, my version is mostly based on my own imagination, so it might differ a bit (or a lot) from Epic's version. At first my idea was just to remake the main street, which was in that GDC 2011 video, but later I started to expand the level, and it became a big one. All the scene sequences and moving models were created with the built in Sequencer tool in Unreal Engine 4.
