The engine has no vegetation tools implemented yet, so all the foliage was placed by hand. Grass is not implemented yet.

I made this scene for the New Year's greeing card. It was decorated with lights and snow in the end.
Tried to make a huge pine forest to check the performance. Vegetation is fast, but as no culling has been implemented yet, the static meshes are the real performance killers.
I created this outdoor scene for a small underground bomb shelter, which was original map in the assets, but with no exterior.

I was contacted by a modder team called [TCC2] in mid 2020, because they officially got access to some old resources of a cancelled stalker game from 2011. They needed a level designer, environment artist, so they asked me to help them make levels with the available assets on that old half-finished engine. It was challening, so I quickly jumped into the project and at the moment it seems like this all will become a free to play mod project called STALKER 2 Old Concept. The original assets contained only 3 officially made maps, since then I made ~30 small and a few bigger scenes. I used old official and fanmade artworks to create these new levels. My job was (and still is) to make these new levels as accurate as possible to the old artworks.
The engine is not ready, thus my hands are tied when talking about environment design, but I'm doing my best with all that is available at the moment.
Most of the assets in this project are property of GSC Gameworld and Vostok Games (they worked on this title before it was cancelled by GSC Gameworld). This project is a non commercial and has no relation to the relaunched and upcoming official S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 game by GSC Gameworld. Some assets are own made, but they are also based on old official or fanmade artworks.
